به مناسبت سالگرد کشته شدن مهسا ( ژینا ) امینی به دست دژخیمان جمهوری اسلامی

 

چهار سال از کشته شدن مهسا  ( ژینا ) امینی به دست مزدوران جمهوری اسلامی می‌گذرد؛ دختری جوان از سقز که مرگ او در بازداشت در ۱۶ سپتامبر ۲۰۲۲، به نقطه‌ای تعیین‌کننده در حافظه جمعی ایرانیان و گفت‌ وگوی جهانی درباره حقوق زنان، آزادی‌های مدنی و مسئولیت‌پذیری نهادهای قدرت تبدیل شد. ژینا تنها یک نام در اخبار نبود؛ او به نمادی انسانی از حق زندگی با کرامت، حق انتخاب و حق شنیده‌ شدن بدل شد.

کشته شدن ژینا موجی گسترده از اندوه، خشم و پرسش را در ایران و میان ایرانیان سراسر جهان برانگیخت. در پی آن، شعار «زن، زندگی، آزادی» از یک فریاد اعتراضی فراتر رفت و به زبانی مشترک برای بیان خواست برابری، احترام به انسان و نفی تبعیض تبدیل شد. این جنبش نشان داد که مطالبه آزادی و کرامت، محدود به یک گروه، شهر یا نسل نیست؛ بلکه دغدغه‌ای عمومی و انسانی است.

چهار سال پس از آن روز تلخ، یاد ژینا همچنان با پرسش‌هایی بنیادین همراه است: چگونه می‌توان از کرامت انسان پاسداری کرد؟ چگونه می‌توان از تکرار خشونت جلوگیری کرد؟ و چگونه می‌توان فضایی ساخت که در آن زنان، جوانان و همه شهروندان بتوانند بدون ترس، زندگی و انتخاب کنند؟ پاسخ به این پرسش‌ها تنها در یادبودها نیست؛ در مسئولیت‌پذیری، گفت‌وگو، همدلی و ایستادگی مدنی برای حقیقت و عدالت نیز معنا پیدا می‌کند.

سالگرد ژینا، صرفاً بازگشت به یک فقدان نیست؛ فرصتی است برای احترام به همه جان‌هایی که در مسیر مطالبه حقوق و آزادی از دست رفتند، برای شنیدن صدای خانواده‌هایی که همچنان در جست‌وجوی حقیقت‌اند، و برای تأمل درباره آینده‌ای که در آن هیچ انسانی به‌خاطر جنسیت، پوشش، باور، زبان یا سبک زندگی‌اش تحقیر، سرکوب یا محروم نشود.

نویسنده با یاد ژینا امینی، یادآور این حقیقت میشود که نام یک انسان می‌تواند به حافظه یک ملت گره بخورد؛ نه برای آن‌که اندوه همیشگی شود، بلکه برای آن‌که فراموشی جای حقیقت را نگیرد. در چهارمین سالگرد او، می‌توان بار دیگر بر این اصل ساده اما عمیق تأکید کرد: کرامت انسان، آزادی و عدالت، حق همگان است.

Four years have passed since the killing of Mahsa (Jina) Amini at the hands of agents of the Islamic Republic. A young woman from Saqqez, her death in custody on September 16, 2022, became a defining moment in the collective memory of Iranians and in the global conversation about women’s rights, civil liberties, and the accountability of institutions of power. Jina was not merely a name in the news; she became a human symbol of the right to live with dignity, the right to choose, and the right to be heard.

Jina’s death sparked a widespread wave of grief, anger, and questioning across Iran and among Iranians throughout the world. In its aftermath, the slogan “Woman, Life, Freedom” grew beyond a protest chant and became a shared language for expressing the demand for equality, respect for human dignity, and the rejection of discrimination. This movement demonstrated that the pursuit of freedom and dignity is not confined to one group, one city, or one generation; rather, it is a universal and deeply human concern.

Four years after that painful day, Jina’s memory remains intertwined with fundamental questions: How can human dignity be protected? How can the recurrence of violence be prevented? And how can we build a society in which women, young people, and all citizens can live and make their own choices without fear? The answers to these questions are not found in remembrance alone; they also take meaning through accountability, dialogue, empathy, and civic commitment to truth and justice.

The anniversary of Jina’s death is not merely a return to a moment of loss. It is an opportunity to honor all those whose lives were lost in the pursuit of rights and freedom, to hear the voices of families who continue to seek the truth, and to reflect on a future in which no human being is humiliated, suppressed, or deprived of their rights because of their gender, clothing, beliefs, language, or way of life.

In remembering Jina Amini, the author reflects on a simple truth: the name of one human being can become woven into the memory of an entire nation, not so that grief may last forever, but so that forgetting does not take the place of truth.

On the fourth anniversary of her death, we may once again affirm a principle that is simple yet profound:

Human dignity, freedom, and justice are the rights of all.
