قتل ندا آقاسلطان و صدها ایرانی به دست رژیم اسلامی ُ صداهایی که خاموش نشدند

 

سی‌ام خرداد ۱۳۸۸، نام ندا آقاسلطان و دیگر کشته شدگان به دست رژیم اسلامی برای همیشه در تاریخ معاصر ایران ثبت شد. ندا جوانی ۲۶ ساله بود که در روزهای پرالتهاب پس از تقلب انتخابات ریاست جمهوری در تهران به دست وحوش اسلامی جان خود را از دست داد. تصاویر ویدئویی لحظات پایانی زندگی او در سراسر جهان منتشر شد و ندا به نماد اعتراضات مردمی و مطالبه آزادی در ایران تبدیل گردید.

مرگ ندا تنها از دست رفتن یک شهروند ایرانی نبود؛ بلکه به نمادی از هزینه‌ای تبدیل شد که بسیاری از ایرانیان برای بیان عقیده و اعتراض خود پرداختند. در حالی که شاهدان عینی و گزارش‌های متعدد بین‌المللی از نقش نیروهای وابسته به حکومت در سرکوب اعتراضات سخن گفتند، هیچ تحقیق مستقل و شفافی که بتواند حقیقت را برای افکار عمومی روشن کند انجام نشد. همین مسئله باعث شد پرونده ندا به یکی از نمادهای مطالبه عدالت در ایران تبدیل شود.

هفده سال پس از آن روز، نام ندا آقاسلطان همچنان در حافظه جمعی ایرانیان زنده است. او نه یک رهبر سیاسی بود و نه یک فعال شناخته‌شده؛ بلکه شهروندی عادی بود که در یکی از حساس‌ترین مقاطع تاریخ ایران جان خود را از دست داد. شاید همین موضوع باعث شد که میلیون‌ها نفر در سراسر جهان با داستان او همدلی کنند.

سالگرد ندا تنها یادآور یک قتل نیست؛ بلکه یادآور آرزوی آزادی، عدالت و پاسخگویی در جامعه‌ای است که بسیاری از شهروندانش همچنان خواهان شنیده شدن صدای خود هستند. ندا آقاسلطان به نمادی تبدیل شد که نشان می‌دهد حتی مرگ نیز نمی‌تواند یک صدا را برای همیشه خاموش کند.

On June 20, 2009, the name of Neda Agha-Soltan and other victims killed by the Islamic regime was forever etched into the modern history of Iran. Neda was a 26-year-old young woman who lost her life at the hands of Islamic thugs during the turbulent days following the fraudulent presidential election in Tehran. Video footage of the final moments of her life spread across the world, and Neda became a symbol of popular protests and the demand for freedom in Iran.

Neda’s death was not merely the loss of an Iranian citizen; it became a symbol of the price many Iranians paid for expressing their beliefs and protesting. While eyewitnesses and numerous international reports spoke of the role of government-affiliated forces in suppressing the demonstrations, no independent and transparent investigation capable of revealing the truth to the public was ever conducted. This very issue turned Neda’s case into one of the symbols of the demand for justice in Iran.

Seventeen years after that day, the name of Neda Agha-Soltan remains alive in the collective memory of Iranians. She was neither a political leader nor a well-known activist; rather, she was an ordinary citizen who lost her life during one of the most sensitive periods in Iran’s history. Perhaps it was precisely this fact that led millions of people around the world to sympathize with her story.

Neda’s anniversary is not merely a reminder of a killing; it is a reminder of the aspiration for freedom, justice, and accountability in a society where many citizens still seek to have their voices heard. Neda Agha-Soltan became a symbol demonstrating that even death cannot silence a voice forever.

May her memory, and the memory of the other victims, be honored.
